1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RizenX platform ("Platform"), including our website, mobile applications, APIs, and all related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is permitted. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration & KYC

You must complete identity verification (KYC) to access trading features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.

4. Trading & Orders

All trades executed on the Platform are final. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency prices are volatile and that you may incur significant losses. RizenX is not responsible for losses arising from market conditions, slippage, or failed transactions due to network congestion.

5. Fees

Trading fees, withdrawal fees, and deposit fees are published on our Fee Schedule page. We reserve the right to modify fee structures with 7 days' notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Market manipulation, wash trading, or spoofing
  • Using the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Circumventing trading limits or security measures
  • Accessing the Platform from sanctioned jurisdictions
  • Automated trading without prior API agreement

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and documentation on the Platform are owned by RizenX or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizenX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
